I provide legal services in the areas of immigration, criminal, and administrative law.
With many years of experience – including positions at an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main and a prestigious boutique firm in Berlin – I have developed deep expertise in immigration law, particularly in skilled labour immigration, nationality law, and protection against deportation

A particular focus of my legal practice is handling international matters, whether in employment law (visa procedures, international employee transfers, business trips), citizenship law (dual citizenship, statelessness, naturalization from abroad), or criminal law (extradition law, European Arrest Warrants, Schengen overstays).
Representation before the highest courts
Representation before national and international supreme courts
The legal proceedings I handled here took me, among other places, before the Federal Constitutional Court (Karlsruhe), the European Court of Human Rights (Strasbourg) and the Human Rights Committee of the United Nations (Geneva).

Unlike most medium-sized and large law firms with a high-volume, throughput-based approach, as a sole practitioner I deliberately handle only a limited number of cases at the same time, which allows for intensive individual support with effective and fast response times.
