The use of legal services regularly incurs fees. The law firm attaches great importance to transparent and clear fee charging as follows:

Fee agreement

• Immigration law, criminal law, administrative law:
  EUR 200.00 plus 19% VAT / hour

• Citizenship law, commercial and tax criminal law, extradition law, commercial law, COVID law:
  EUR 250.00 plus 19% VAT / hour

Flat fee

Constitutional complaint (BVerfG) and individual complaint (ECHR): based on individual expenditure, minimum amount:

EUR 3,000.00 plus 19% VAT.

An installment payment agreement is not possible.

In all cases, work on the mandate can only begin after payment of a reasonable advance.
