2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data and the Nature and Purpose of Their Use
a) When Visiting the Website
When you access my website, information is automatically sent to the server of my website by the browser used on your device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until automatic deletion:
IP address of the requesting computer
Date and time of access
Name and URL of the retrieved file
Website from which access was made (Referrer-URL)
Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider
The data mentioned above are processed by me for the following purposes:

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. My legitimate interest results from the purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do I use the collected data to draw conclusions about your person.
b) When Using the Contact Form
For any inquiries, I offer the possibility to contact me via a form provided on the website. Providing a valid email address is necessary so that I know who is sending the request and can respond. Further information may be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting me is based on Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, based on your voluntarily given consent. Personal data collected for using the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed.
3. Sharing of Data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. I will only share your personal data with third parties if:
You have given your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR
The transfer is necessary under Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not sharing your data
A legal obligation exists for the transfer under Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR

I use the website analytics service Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter "Google"). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies (see section 4) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as:

is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate website usage, compile reports about website activity, and provide other services related to internet usage for market research and tailored website design. This information may also be transferred to third parties if legally required or if third parties process this data on Google’s behalf. Your IP address will not be merged with other data from Google. IP addresses are anonymized (IP masking).
You can prevent cookies by adjusting your browser software, but some functions of the website may not be fully usable. You can also prevent the collection and processing of data generated by cookies and related to your website usage (including your IP address) by downloading and installing a browser add-on provided by Google. For Google Ads Conversion Tracking, if you arrived at this page via a Google ad, a cookie is set on your device for analysis and statistical evaluation. The cookie is valid for 30 days. No personal identification occurs, only the observation that the user arrived via a Google ad. This use can be prevented by rejecting relevant cookies in your browser settings.

To ensure data security, the content of my website is transmitted encrypted via SSL according to the current state of technology. I and my contracted service providers use appropriate technical and organizational measures to restrict access, protect against alterations and loss, and ensure confidentiality according to the state of the art.
